Electrofluidsystems is a SME company with staff highly experienced especially in developing novel unmanned aerial vehicles, innovative systems and generators for plasma flow control, plasma propulsion, plasma surface treatment, plasma exhaust after-treatment and plasma shielding applications also in collaboration with national and international partners from industry and academia. The company has a registered Participant Identification Code (PIC) number to take part in European projects.

From 2005-2008, the company founder led the development of a series of plasma propelled b-IONIC Airfish (airships). This experience and know-how was used to start-up an engineering office (Ingenieurbuero) in 2012. Electrofluidsystems presently develops a third generation of plasma driven airships. In 2013, Electrofluidsystems started to develop new sliding discharge and magneto-plasma actuators for flow control and propulsion to be applied on the company's own unmanned flying wing and airship products.
