The EU have shown that SMEs are instrumental in the creation of jobs which contribute to lasting growth within the European Union.Thereby it is clear that small and medium sized companies offer jobs whereas large scale enterprises reduce them, and while the economic requirements for the evolution of SMEs seem to be relatively favorable, the same cannot be said of the general political and institutional framework. ALROUND accepts the challenge for the medium sized business:

ALROUND - the service center for its members:
In the implementation of the association´s targets, as defined in the statute of ALROUND, the benefits of membership are demonstrated: Information procurement and distribution. According to evaluation of the association´s headquarters and/or on request by members, by personnel contacts and publications.
Project support in multiple forms:
- Market research and analysis, initialization of project outlines and definitions;
- Help with partner searches, "teaming", description and partition of work within the team, scheduling and contractual issues of cooperation agreements;
- Financial support by estimation of financial requirements, risk evaluation, support to business planning, contacts with investors, venture capital, analysis of public programmes, support to proposals, contacts with reference persons etc.
- Support with management, reporting regulations, cost monitoring, entrusting with administrative tasks on implementation of the project;
- Support with implementation of R&D results, description of adaptations and diversification, opening of subsequent activities, public relations.
Attendance at fairs:
Set up of turnkey community stands, utilization of public sponsorships for reduction of costs, marketing material, PR.
Seminar courses, workshops, further education:
Organized to cover current issues and on members' request, e.g. concerning sujects such as ISO 9000, internet, regulations and laws fo General Aviation, etc.
Protection of members' interest:
Concerning policies, administration, offices and management, public, other associations; inclusion in discussion groups, individual consultations, press information, press releases, publications etc.
General member support:
Information on current problems, procurement of experts and contact persons (research, politics, administrations, management, enterprises).
